This council can find £1,600,000 for business travel for the officers,£920,000 on soft drinks,£900,000 on mobile phones,and £3,600,000 on food that hasnt been explained where its being eaten,yet the council close a town centre public toilet on Moore Street in Redcar because according to the atricle in the Gazette last week,they dont have the money, to maintain it.What an absolute disgrace.
